CoachForce
CoachForce is a national programme delivered regionally for developing coaches and how they coach at all levels of sport.
The CoachForce programme focusses on:
- Recruiting and inducting coaches
- Coaching coaches - offering them development and support
- Providing opportunities for coaches to coach
- Giving coaches appropriate recognition for their work
- Retaining coaches by ensuring they have positive and enjoyable coaching experiences
