stadium seeks entries for summer netball & BASKETBALL competitionS

The Genesis Energy Recreation Centre is currently calling for entries to their Netball & Basketball Tournaments. The social tournaments, which are set to be run for 8 weeks on consecutive Mondays (Women's Grade) and Tuesdays (Mixed Grade) for Netball and Wednesdays for Basketball between Monday January 16th - Wednesday February 15th & Monday 5th - Wednesday 21st of March provides a great opportunity to get fit right before the Winter sporting season kicks off and also to enjoy a good laugh with friends or family.

Ruamahanga Ramblers Walking & Running Group Summer Twilight Series 2011-2012

The Ruamahanga Ramblers Walking & Running Group's Summer Twilight Series has kicked off for the 2011-2012 season. The weekly events take place from 6pm on Tuesday evenings between now and the end of March, with the group taking a short break over the festive season.
