KiwiSport boosts opportunities for both children and organisations

Over the past three years, Sport Wellington has administered and distributed the KiwiSport Regional Partnership Fund across the greater Wellington region. KiwiSport has been the catalyst for a wide range of initiatives that has seen more than 140,000 kids provided opportunities to participate in organised sport, ranging from bowls through to rugby league.

Sport Wellington’s Chief Executive Phil Gibbons said “KiwiSport has been a resounding success in our region, thousands of children are benefiting from funding made available to sports, schools and community organisations”.
