Five Porirua Club coaches have been selected to attend a SPARC hosted convention in Wellington this week that specifically targets grassroots coaches. 

They are Mark Watson of Mana Kayak Racing Club, Denys Latham of Paremata Plimmerton RFC, Peter Chapman of Porirua ITF Tae Kwon Do Club, Frances Hunter of Aniuwaru ki Porirua Waka Ama Roopu and Marilyn Steel of Paremata Plimmerton Netball Club.
