Meeting Room and Other Services

We have a meeting room available free of charge to clubs and organisations that holds 12 comfortably around a boardroom table. Equipment includes OHP, TV/Video and data projector.

A photocopying service is available at 10c a copy plus GST.

Games ideas and equipment – Are you planning an active event and want some good ideas? Call me for some help with fun games. Equipment is available free of charge, including a sound system and generator.

Jan comes from a long career in physical education and physical activity. This career started with Physical Education teaching and then 10 years as Recreation Programmer for the (then) Kapiti Borough Council. This was followed by time in two Outdoor Recreation Centres and 15 years as Senior Lecturer in Sport Recreation and Event Management in the Tertiary sector.

Jan’s firm belief is that activities and programmes established using a community development model are the best way to go to develop sustainable, active communities.
