Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement® classes can help anyone improve posture, balance, flexibility and breathing. It is popular among seniors because it helps them regain or maintain physical abilities, even as they age.

It works through verbally guided lessons involving movement, thought, and attention.   Lessons engage the brain by exploring different movement combinations.  The process highlights longstanding, movement habits and helps you develop new, less tense, more efficient ways of performing basic everyday activities. 

Feldenkrais teachers have done a four year training, plus regular post graduate training.

Sue Field has been teaching this method for over 20 years. She has benefited from the method in many ways, and loves helping others move move with more freedom and enjoyment.
