Each session we try another sport or activity – check out our website or Facebook page to see what’s up next.

We base our programme at ASB Sports Centre in Kilbirnie, but go to other venues and facilities around the region depending upon the activity.

We also have teams entered into the Round the Bays, Weet-bix Try, and Junior Disability Games.

Region: Wellington, Lower & Upper Hutt, Porirua, Kapiti Coast

This programme is designed for young people with physical disabilities to experience a range of sport and recreation opportunities in the Wellington Region. We welcome siblings, parents, grandparents and friends to come and join in.

Our Youth Group is for 5–18-year-olds. Our Youth Group has been designed so young people can experience a range of opportunities in different sports, recreation and leisure activities.

Through our Youth Group, we aim to provide pathways to sport, opportunities to compete at regional and national levels, social networks for our young members and their families, and improve disability awareness within sport. Many of our programmes we undertake ourselves or other disability sport providers. Some are integrated with mainstream sports. Some are just plain good fun! We have partnerships with other sports organisations to assist our Youth Group. All family members are most welcome.
