Programmes are designed to educate and empower individuals and whānau for sustainable healthy lifestyle change
Up to 12-months of one-to-one support across Wellington from our expert team of Healthy Lifestyle Co-ordinators
Specific focus for Maori & Pasifika
If you do less than 30 minutes of physical activity on five days a week and you want support to lead a healthier lifestyle, a Green Prescription or Active Families referral could help you get more active, more often and add more life to your years.
