The AgeFit website contains a video library of functional exercises designed specifically for seniors. These exercises are designed to help you enjoy everyday activities through being stronger, more balanced and more mobile. Anyone can have free access up until 15 May. There is also a Facebook live-stream movement and balance class every Thursday at 11.00am. Simply 'like' the page to see and join in the sessions.
BodyMind Pilates is offering low cost Pilates classes via livestream throughout the week to a private Facebook group. Classes are streamed daily so you can enjoy your regular Pilates workouts from home. All classes are instructed with intensity layers to work at your own fitness level. For only $6 per week you can join in on the live classes or do them in your own time.
YMCA Upper Hutt Pilates
YMCA Upper Hutt are posting workouts daily on their Facebook page and also uploading Pilates classes to YouTube.
Heavenly Fitness are live streaming a new workout every morning at 8am. The class stays up on their page afterwards too so can be accessed at any time. Simply like their Facebook page to access the workouts.

Instructors from the Kilbirnie and Karori Community Centres are running the following livestreamed classes: Monday 2pm to 3pm - music-based seated arthritis exercises; Wednesday 2pm - Poi spinning; Friday 10am to 11am arthritis exercises (without music).
